Returns & Exchanges

This Returns and Exchanges Policy forms part of House of Kapri’s Terms and Conditions. Please review the Terms and Conditions for more details. In the event of a conflict between the terms and conditions of this Policy and the Terms and Conditions, the Terms and Conditions apply. Any capitalized term used in the Policy that is not defined has the meaning set out in the Terms and Conditions.

Returns

Due to limited quantities and high demand, we do not offer returns at this time.

Exchanges

    1. Email us at [email protected] to request an exchange within thirty (30) days of delivery of your order. Please include the following information in your request:

        a. Your full name

        b. A valid email address

        c. Your shipping address and telephone number

        d. Your order number

        e. description of the Product(s) to be returned.

     2. If your request is approved, an email with an attachment will be sent back to you with a return authorization (“RA”) number.

     3. Print the attachment and include it inside the shipping box.

     4. Clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the shipping box. Products received without an RA number will be refused and returned at your expense.

      5. Discrepancies will be documented and emailed to you

     6. Once the returned Product is received, we will process your exchange. Exchanged items will be shipped in accordance with our Shipping Policy [link].

Additional Terms and Conditions:

  1. Proof of purchase (e.g. packing list, receipt, etc.) must be provided with your returned Product.
  2. RAs are valid for thirty (30) days only from date of issuance.
  3. WE DO NOT ACCEPT PRODUCT EXCHANGE REQUESTS MADE LATER THAN THIRTY (30) DAYS AFTER DELIVERY.
  4. You are responsible for the cost of returning any Product to House of Kapri, whether it is for a return or exchange. We encourage you to send the Product through a shipping method that provides insurance and a tracking number. We are not responsible for damaged or lost returned Products. In the case of lost or damaged returned Products, no exchange will be made. 
  5. To be returned or exchanged, Products have to be unused, with all Product tags remaining attached.
  6. Please check your Products promptly upon delivery. If you have purchased a Product and it appears upon delivery that it is damaged or it otherwise shows material or manufacturing defects, please contact us in accordance with this Policy as soon as possible.
  7. If you have received a Product that we determine is defective, we will, in our sole discretion, either offer you a refund, repair the defective Product, or provide you with a replacement Product at no cost to you. In the event of a refund, only the Product purchase price will be refunded. Shipping and handling charges and Taxes and Duties on the shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
  8. It can take up to ten (10) business days to process exchanges and returns of defective products. Please note that your financial institution could take up to seven (7) business days to reflect this transaction.
