Shipping Policy
This Shipping Policy forms part of House of Kapri’s Terms and Conditions for Online Sale. Please review the Terms and Conditions for more details. In the event of a conflict between the terms and conditions of this Policy and the Terms and Conditions, the Terms and Conditions apply. Any capitalized term used in this Policy that is not defined has the meaning set out in the Terms and Conditions.
General
We will arrange for shipment of Products to you. Please check the individual product page for specific delivery options. You will pay all shipping and handling charges unless otherwise specified in the CART page. Shipping charges vary depending on the location, size and weight of package.
No Delivery to Quebec
At this time, House of Kapri does not deliver to addresses in Quebec.
FREE SHIPPING ON CERTAIN ORDERS
House of Kapri offers free shipping within Canada and the United States on orders of $260.00 or more (after any discounts and before applicable taxes, duties, and shipping charges).
This free shipping offer may not be combined with any other discounts or promotions. Additional charges may apply when shipping to a PO box.

For estimated delivery times, click CHECKOUT and enter your full shipping address on the next page. Our shipping method calculator will give you a more complete breakdown of your available shipping option.
PROCESSING TIMES
A business/working day is a regular work day (i.e., Monday to Friday) in Ontario. Business/working days do not include weekends or Canadian or Ontario statutory holidays.
Orders received between Monday and Friday are usually processed within five (5) business days. Orders are not processed on statutory holidays or weekends. Orders received on Saturday and Sunday are usually processed by 5PM Eastern Time on the following Monday. Orders received on statutory holidays are usually processed the next business day.
We will send an email notification to the email address you provided in your order once your order has shipped.
ADDITIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
All Products purchased from House of Kapri are delivered via third party delivery companies, pursuant to a shipping contract. House of Kapri reserves the right to choose any and all procedures, packaging and common carriers to ship Products; however, we generally ship Products by mail and courier. We may not be able to ship to post office boxes, to certain addresses or on certain days. Shipping and delivery dates are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. We are not liable for any delays in shipments. We reserve the right to ship your order in multiple boxes or shipments. We will ship your order to the shipping address that you provide to us on checkout.
We are not responsible for any errors you make in order contents or delivery address entry or if you are not available to receive the order. Please review your order and contact us immediately if you find mistakes. In case your order gets returned to us due to your data entry error or your absence at the time of delivery, we will either:
- Issue a Refund: We will issue a refund if you choose to cancel your order after such an instance of non-delivery. We will deduct the original shipping fee from your refund, as well as any additional charges/penalties the shipping carrier applies for returning the package to us; or
- Re-ship: In such cases, an additional fee will apply to reship your goods.
